DESCRIPTION

C9 Thermo polymerized petroleum resin is a thermoplastic aromatic petroleum resin with a ring structure. It is a yellow transparent solid obtained by heating and polymerizing the cracked C9 fraction as raw material.

Features

Ø It has a ring-like structure and strong cohesion.

Ø It has excellent water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance.

Ø Soluble in organic solvents such as ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, and chlorinated hydrocarbons, but insoluble in water and alcohols.

Ø It has good compatibility with polymers and elastomers such as NR, CR, SBR, EVA, SIS and SBS.
