DESCRIPTION

       Pentaerythritol Ester Of Rosin is an irregular shaped, light yellow transparent solid made from rosin and pentaerythritol after high-temperature esterification and other stabilization treatments.

 

Features

Ø  Soluble in aromatic solvents, aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbon solvents, esters, ketones, turpentine, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc.

Ø  Insoluble in water and low molecular weight alcohols.

Ø  With Light color, low-odor, high softening point, good thermal stability, strong adhesivity, strong cohesion, excellent anti-oxidation performance.

Ø  Good compatibility with many polymers and elastomers such as NR, CR, SBR, EVA, SBS and SIS.

Ø  Applied to polymers such as EVA, SBS and SIS, it can be made into adhesives such as industrial-grade hot-melt adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives.

Ø  Solvent-based adhesives for SBR rubber, natural rubber and acrylic.

Ø  It can be applied to phenolic paints and other products through thermal refining polymerization with vegetable oil.

Ø  Applied to road marking paint, it can be used as a tackifier and binder for road marking paint.

Ø  Can be further processed into other resin products.

 

Packaging

Packed in compound kraft paper bag, net weight 25kg/piece.

 

Storage & Transportation

It should be stored in a cool place, avoid high temperature, and should not be stored near fire.

It cannot be stored and transported together with spontaneous combustibles, strong oxidizers, and strong acids, and should be handled according to the regulations for flammable materials.
