DESCRIPTION

       Water-based tackifying resin emulsion is made of modified rosin resin and other polymer resins as raw materials. After a high-temperature reaction, it is mixed with water and turned into a stable suspension emulsion through a special production process.

Features

Ø  Does not contain any organic solvents, low odor, VOC-free, non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Ø  Small particle size, good mechanical stability, good thermal stability, excellent antioxidant properties, and moderate hardness.

Ø  Improving the initial tack can significantly improve the bonding performance of latex and reduce costs.

Ø  It can significantly improve the adhesion performance of adhesive products on surfaces with large curvature, low surface energy and difficult to bond.

Ø  It has broad compatibility and is suitable for a wide pH range, and can be used under neutral or weakly alkaline conditions.

Ø  It has good compatibility with acrylic emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive, paper-plastic laminating adhesive, synthetic rubber emulsion, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, VAE emulsion and other multi-component copolymer emulsions.

Ø  Water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, self-adhesive, double-sided adhesive, high-grade white latex, polished adhesive, paper-plastic laminating adhesive, sealing adhesive, printing glue and other water-based adhesives.

Packaging

Packed in iron drums or PVC plastic drums, net weight 200 kg/drum.

Storage & Transportation

The shelf life is 6 months. 

It should be stored in a cool place, avoid high temperature, and should not be stored near fire. 

It cannot be stored and transported together with spontaneous combustibles, strong oxidizers, and strong acids, and should be handled according to the regulations for flammable materials.
