Dihydroabietic acid
OTHER NAME: Dihydrorosin,Partially hydrogenated rosin,Hydrogenated rosin
DESCRIPTION
Dihydrorosin is a product obtained by saturating part of the double bonds with hydrogen gas under the conditions of a catalyst, a certain temperature and pressure, and is also called partially hydrogenated rosin.
Features
Ø It is light in color and has high antioxidant properties. It is not easily oxidized in the air and does not change color under the action of light.
Ø High thermal stability, reduced brittleness compared to rosin, and no tendency to crystallize.
