DESCRIPTION

       Liquid tackifying resin is a liquid mixture obtained after modification using rosin resin and terpene resin as basic raw materials. This product is a golden yellow transparent viscous liquid at room temperature.

 

Features

Ø  It has lighter color, low molecular weight, non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Ø  It can significantly improve the adhesion, initial tack, plasticity and cold resistance of various products.

Ø  Soluble in benzene, chloroform, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ether, petroleum ether, turpentine and other solvents. Insoluble in water, methanol and ethanol.

Ø  It has good compatibility with polymers and elastomers such as NR, CR, SBR, EVA, SIS and SBS.

Applications

Ø  Used in polymers such as EVA, SBS and SIS to produce industrial-grade hot melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, tapes and other adhesives.

Ø  Solvent-based adhesive used in SBR rubber, natural rubber and acrylic.

 

Packaging

Packed in iron drums or open iron drums, net weight 200kg/drum or 180kg/drum.

 

Storage & Transportation

It should be stored in a cool place away from high temperatures. Do not store near fire. Avoid lying down or standing upside down.

It cannot be stored and transported together with spontaneous combustibles, strong oxidizers, and strong acids, and should be handled according to the regulations for flammable materials.
