DESCRIPTION

Polymerized hydrogenated petroleum resin is a product obtained from the C9 fraction of ethylene cracked through polymerization and hydrogenation processes, and is the final product mixed in proportion with another product (the product obtained from the C5 fraction of ethylene cracked through polymerization and hydrogenation processes).

Features

Ø High molecular weight, strong linear peel strength, high adhesive strength, and high initial adhesion.

Ø Contains aromatic hydrocarbon molecular groups, good compatibility, and low VOC volatiles.

Ø Easily soluble in organic solvents, such as benzene, toluene, xylene, alkanes, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc., insoluble in water and alcohols.

Ø Good compatibility with many polymers and elastomers such as NR, CR, SBR, EVA, SBS and SIS.

Applications

Ø Especially suitable for hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives.

Ø Hot melt adhesives and solvent-based adhesives used in EVA, SBS and SIS, SBR rubber, natural rubber and acrylic.

Ø Others are widely used in: paint, road marking paint, rubber and plastic modification and other industrie.

Storage & Transportation

It should be stored in a cool place, avoid high temperature, and should not be stored near fire.
