DESCRIPTION

Phenolic resin 803L is an irregularly shaped, light yellow transparent solid made from rosin as the basic raw material, modified with phenol, and subjected to other stability treatments.

Features

Ø Soluble in aromatic solvents, aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbon solvents, ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc., insoluble in water and alcohols.

Ø With high softening point, light color, good thermal stability, strong adhesion, strong cohesion, and excellent anti-oxidation performance.

Ø The molecular weight distribution is narrow.

Ø It can greatly extend the maintenance of the initial adhesion force of the solvent-based adhesive.

Ø Good compatibility with many polymers and elastomers such as NR, CR, and SBR.

Applications
