DESCRIPTION

       Rosin phenolic resin is a thermoplastic resin formed by condensation of phenol or diphenolpropane (bisphenol A) with formaldehyde and esterification with polyol.

210# is produced by the condensation reaction of phenol and formaldehyde and then esterification with glycerin.

220# is produced by the condensation reaction of phenol and formaldehyde and then esterification with pentaerythritol.

 

Features

Ø  Completely soluble in coal tar series, ester solvents, turpentine, vegetable oil, partially soluble in petroleum series solvents, insoluble in water and alcohol.

Ø  It has the advantages of high softening point, large viscosity, good stability, compatibility and oil solubility.

Ø  The resulting product cures quickly, is hard, water-resistant, durable and has good brightness.

Ø  Applied to various types of joint CR, CR, SBR rubber and other solvent-based adhesives.

Ø  Used in coatings, inks, printed circuits, plastic modification, rubber products, etc.

Storage & Transportation

It should be stored in a cool place, avoid high temperature, and should not be stored near fire.

It cannot be stored and transported together with spontaneous combustibles, strong oxidizers, and strong acids, and should be handled according to the regulations for flammable materials.
